Any order recieved before 2.30pm - 14.30 hours GMT, weekdays, Monday to Thursday, will be processed for next working day delivery in the UK subject to stock levels & courier delivery times, with an option for UK Saturday deliveries, for urgent orders placed on a Friday before 2.30pm - 14.30 hours GMT

Packages will be delivered to most other Countries usually within 2 - 5 working days.

|Credit Card Security As part of the banking industry’s (CW2) credit card initiative that is being launched across the UK, our transactional process now demands that we provide additional security information when processing credit card orders.|
This information is the credit card 'security number' - a 3-digit number that you will find on the signature strip on the back of all credit cards (on AmEx cards a 4-digit number on the front).
This is a fraud prevention measure that ensures only the card holder can buy goods using that card number. When you pay for orders with a credit card, you will be asked to enter this security number at the checkout stage of the order process. We will be unable to process your order without this information.
We are also 'Chip and PIN' ready, this will take effect in the near future after credit card companies issue all card holders with a pin number to be used when making a purchase.

Goods ordered in error
By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products except for digital items (eg: e-Books) where the item has been downloaded. We regret that we also cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of video, DVD, audio, video games and software products where the item has been unsealed.
Before returning your product/s please contact us seeking agreement and to book in your return in advance. Any Goods returned (not used or installed) within 7 working days will be refunded in full, after 7 days all returns will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee, this covers administration time, credit card processing and refunding fees and is only applicable to the goods.
Return the package to Brymar Satellite using the address at the bottom of this page. Please note that all items must be in their original condition including manufacturers packaging to qualify for a refund. We can only refund to the card holder using the original order details.
Fault finding service
Most faults can be resolved via phone, please contact us to try and remedy your fault first before sending. Should your fault not be solved by this we will then book your goods in advance for repair. Please ensure your products are well packages to protect the goods and in the manufacturers packaging. All items sold carry a full manufacturers warranty.All customers will need to quote the delivery reference as proof of purchase before we can assist you
